How can you submit an order?
There are 2 ways to submit an order.
these are explained below.

1View catalogs
- After logging in to our SYA PRO platform, you can browse our extensive product catalogues. Our catalogs are organized into useful categories, and you can use filters to find exactly what you're looking for. You can immediately see how much stock is currently available for each product.

2Add products to cart
- Have you found something that meets your needs? in the overview of the products you can easily enter the quantity you want to request. These will then be automatically added to your shopping cart. You can add as many products as you want. Your shopping cart keeps everything neatly tracked for you.

3Make an offer on a product
- Optionally, you can also make a bid on a product. Enter your bid and it will be automatically adjusted in your shopping cart.

4Complete order process
- Do you have everything you need? go to your shopping cart and click on "submit order". Here you will get an overview of the order and your details. Please check your order again and click on "confirm order" to confirm your order.

5Order processing
- After submitting your order you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will be forwarded to our sales department. One of our sales staff will contact you to discuss the details and further process your order. Would you like to view your orders? go to your profile and open the order overview. Here you will find all the details about your current and previous orders.

2Download catalogs
- Would you like an overview of our products? you can choose to download all products, export a specific catalog, or create an export of filtered products. In these excel files you will find detailed information about each product. This makes it easy to work offline and consider your choices.

3Select products
- Have you downloaded an export? view the excel file and select the products you want to order. Write down the quantities you need. In the excel file you can also see what our stock is for each product.

4Place a bid on a product in excel
- Optionally, you can also make a bid on a product. You can do this directly in the downloaded excel files. Enter your bid amount for the relevant products and save the file. This offers you the opportunity to manage your bids clearly.

5Send excel files
- Have you completed your excel file with the desired products and any bids? send this file to sales@sya.be. Our sales team will receive your order and contact you to discuss the details further and process your order.
